Every puppy is accompanied by either a member of our family or one of our dedicated, background-checked transport partners. From the moment your puppy leaves our kitchen until they are placed directly into your arms, they are kept in a climate-controlled cabin, offered regular hydration and potty breaks, and comforted with their mother's scent blanket.
Because Bernese Mountain Dog puppies have thick bone and grow rapidly (averaging 14–20 lbs at 8 weeks), in-cabin Flight Nanny deliveries are scheduled promptly between **8 and 10 weeks of age** while your puppy comfortably meets airline under-seat carrier dimensions.

Delivery & Pickup FAQs
Our puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age after completing weaning, Early Neurological Stimulation, their 8-week DHPP vaccination, and their final licensed veterinary inspection. If you are using our In-Cabin Flight Nanny, we schedule flights between 8 and 10 weeks while your puppy comfortably fits inside an airline-approved cabin carrier.
Never. We strictly prohibit unaccompanied cargo shipping. When your puppy flies via our Flight Nanny service, they ride inside the main passenger cabin right at the nanny's feet, receiving personal attention from takeoff to landing.
Once your flight is booked, we send you the exact airline, flight number, arrival time, and your nanny's direct cell phone number. You simply meet the nanny right outside security at your local airport's arrival terminal with a valid photo ID to sign the handover form and receive your puppy and their health portfolio.
Absolutely! We love welcoming families to our home by scheduled appointment to pick up their puppy, meet the parents, and get road-trip tips from Sarah and Mark. In-person pickup is always free of charge.
